Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children from 0-19 years old with physical or developmental delays/disability requiring therapy to improve gross motor function (does not include children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disability (LD))
Must live in Peel Region, Halton or Dufferin County Childhood Budget available for children with Autism up to age of 18.
Application: Health professionals, families and clients can complete the referral form
Referrals will be reviewed and services will be determined based on the child's individual needs and meeting eligibility requirements
