Patient exclusion: Psychiatric diagnosis with the exception of depression in addition to the following disorders: Chronic Fatigue syndrome, Huntington's disease, Traumatic brain injury, Alcohol or substance dependence or abuse, Multiple sclerosis, Toxic encephalopathy Services offered:
