Retinal Eye Screening Program: offers easy access to medical professionals for those with diabetes. Referring physicians send patients to a local OTN site where digital images of the eye are taken and sent to an ophthalmologist for assessment. A report with diagnosis and treatment recommendations is then sent back to the physician Location: Level 2, Zone C, Room 202 |
