Rapid diagnoses of breast conditions and support to patients * a dedicated health care team works with primary care physicians to manage and coordinate care The program consists of:
Patients in this program have access to a team of Osler radiologists, pathologists, surgeons, and medical and radiation oncologists. A dedicated nurse navigator will arrange rapid consultation and treatment if a biopsy is indicated. The nurse navigator will also provide education and guide patients through care transitions, while keeping the primary care physician informed of the patient’s progress Physician requisition forms and referral information for Diagnostic Imaging can be found in our Find a Doctor of Service directory |
