Description of Services: The Osteoporosis clinic aims to manage osteoporosis and nutrition to:
  • decrease the future risk of fractures
  • improve quality of life
  • improve safety for the individual and caregiver

Conditions treated:

  • patients with suspected or confirmed low bone-density/osteoporosis
  • increased fracture risk or family history of osteoporosis

Patient exclusions: Renal bone disease, Patients with active Cancer, Patients under 65, Patients with rare metabolic or genetic bone disorders
